Funds Recovery Academy teaches research and administrative workflows for surplus and unclaimed funds. It is an independent educational service, not a government office, law firm, or licensing body.

Educational scope

Lessons and checklists are general education. They do not decide eligibility, lien priority, legal rights, or the suitability of a form for a particular person. No course guarantees earnings, certification, or recovery. Verify current requirements with the receiving office and obtain qualified legal advice when needed.

Enrollment, refunds & cancellation

All course purchases are final. No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law. For purchase or access assistance, contact fundzrecovery@yahoo.com.

Plans are charged once, not on a recurring subscription. You can leave checkout before completing payment. After purchase, the published refund policy above applies, subject to rights required by law. For a duplicate charge, access problem, cancellation request, or refund review, email support with your enrollment email and checkout receipt reference. Do not send card details. A request does not automatically issue a refund or change access.

Test enrollment collects no money and cannot be refunded. You may cancel test access from My account. Test access will not transfer to live paid enrollment.

Privacy

Student sign-in uses Clerk, which manages passwords, email verification, and login sessions. Owner administration uses the site’s ChatGPT identity. The academy uses the signed-in identity to restrict owner settings and course access. When checkout is enabled, your sign-in email is sent to Stripe to prepare checkout. The academy stores a user identifier, course identifier, checkout reference, and creation time to verify access. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by this site.

Video providers and external research services have their own privacy policies. Do not submit claimant identification, bank details, tax identifiers, or people-search reports to the academy. Contact the academy to request assistance with account records.
